HSEQ Consultancy and Training is run by Ester Wegher, an experienced, senior consultant working within the fields of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ).

 

Prior to working as a consultant, I was an HSEQ Manager in a number of leading companies for over 20 years. I was subsequently appointed as an Assessment Client Manager for the British Standards Institute (BSI) where I was performing professional ISO assessments and audits for various firms.  I am continuing to provide audits for certification bodies as an external assessor.

 

I am also an enthusiastic trainer, providing face-to-face and online training in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 50001) and bespoke toolbox talks on HSEQ topics. Performing in amateur acting roles in my spare time has honed my presentation skills though thankfully I have not been asked to provide HSEQ training in Shakespearean prose or costumes!

 

I have experience in the manufacturing, chemicals, plastics, textiles, transport, pharmaceuticals, automotive, telecommunications and construction industries, plus distribution and service sector.

 

I am a member of both the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) plus an Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) qualified fire risk assessor.

 

I am proficient in evaluating and communicating technical data – I help simplify the complicated, making life easier for you with regards to HSEQ matters. I work closely with organisations to promote HSEQ best practice, train staff, which in turn can help save costs to your company. I establish solutions for your problems and deliver results.
